Kyle Richards is believing in her husband , Mauricio Umansky no matter what anyone says. And that’s the thing. There are plenty of rumors flying around, there has been for a number of years, but where’s the proof?
Last night, during the episode ofReal Housewives of Beverly Hills, the couple were united and continued to shoot down infidelity rumors during lunch with her co-star Joyce Giraud and her husband. “When anyone tries to come between us, it actually makes us stronger,” Kyle said. “We know what we have.”
Mauricio said he was willing to take a lie detector test any time, no problem. He also said he’s lost all faith in humanity. Whoa, that’s a little strong!
“I realized that as long as you’re in the spotlight, people are going to say bad things about you,” Kyle said in her confessional. “We choose to surround ourselves with people who know us inside and out. We’re not supposed to care, but we do. And it hurts.”
According to Star Magazine, about four years ago he flirted with an escort by the name of Cristina Schultz. He asked for her phone number and gave her his. She also says that he was wearing his wedding ring and told her, “I’m married, but I stray once in a while.” Why is the source of this tidbit coming out with it four years later?
A rep for Umansky denies any wrongdoing on his client’s behalf, telling Star that Mauricio is “networking and being friendly and pleasant, and this is construed as flirting. He is a good looking guy.”
Kyle and Mauricio have been married for seventeen years. She was first married when she was nineteen and had a daughter Farrah. She divorced two years later. She met Mauricio in 1994 and they married in 1996 when they were expecting their first daughter, Alexia, together. They have two daughters more, Sophia born in 2000 and Portia who was born in 2008.
Would Mauricio jeopardize such a beautiful family for a fling or two? Stranger things have happened, but until we have proof positive we say innocent until proven guilty!
