Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson delivered a very special gift to Vanessa Bryant this past week.
At the end of January, Vanessa commemorated the unfortunate day she lost her husband, Kobe, and her daughter, Gianna.
Over the years Vanessa has been a pillar of honor, dignity and perseverance under the worst of circumstances.
In addition to the tragedy she has had to cope with, she has also had to encounter things like a lawsuit from her own mother and nonstop scrutiny over things like her wild girls’ night photos with La La Anthony.
Through it all, Vanessa has continuously maintained her constant classiness and respectability.
With the anniversary of Kobe and Gianna’s passing coming and going, Wilson (and his wife, Ciara) decided to commemorate the occasion by sending Vanessa a special gift:
Needless to say, the classiness and kindness of the gesture really resonated with fans of the Bryant family, Wilson and Ciara alike.
In addition, even folks who don’t generally follow any of the aforementioned parties couldn’t help but notice how generous of a thought it was.
The Bryant family, due in no small part to Kobe’s influence, is essentially royalty in the city of Los Angeles.
They have been for a very long time, and nothing has occurred to change that. Likely, nothing ever will.
Because of that, any time people uplift or help out the Bryant family, they immediately get rewarded not only with good karma, but a positive reception from all those who hold the Bryant family near and dear to their hearts.
It is wonderful that Vanessa and her daughters have such kind friends in Wilson and Ciara. Hopefully their relationship and friendship is one that lasts for many more years to come.
